Neil is Global Head of Diversity, Equality & Inclusion at ERM, the world’s largest sustainability consultancy. In this role, he is responsible for the global DE&I strategy and engagement plan. Neil brings an incredible breadth of skill to IABC Converge. Over 20 years, he has gained experience in external, brand, strategy and internal comms roles, before moving into the DE&I space.
